Shipping & Delivery
Yes! Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 24–48 working hours. Delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. For pre-orders, timelines are shown on the product page.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery if the product is unused, in original condition, and requested through your Diving Swan account.
You’ll need to self-ship the product and share the courier receipt. We’ll reimburse the cost as store credit.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method (4–7 working days)
- COD Orders: Refunded via UPI/Bank transfer (5–10 working days)
- Partial Returns: Refunded as store credit (after quality check)
Yes, exchanges can be requested within 10 days of delivery. Only one exchange per order is permitted.
You’ll receive a credit coupon for the returned product’s value and can pay the difference at checkout.
We’ll ship the item and issue the balance as store credit valid for 6 months.

Yes, all our demi-fine jewelry is covered under a Lifetime Plating Warranty and 15% breakage credit within the first year.
