Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Return Window & Eligibility

You may initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving your delivery if:

  • The product arrived damaged, incorrect, or in unsatisfactory condition
  • The item doesn’t meet your expectations in terms of fit or style

Returns are accepted only when:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Tags, packaging, and jewellery box are intact
  • The request is made via your Diving Swan account (requests via email, chat, or phone are not accepted)

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your account at www.divingswan.com
  2. Navigate to My Orders and select the item
  3. Choose Return or Exchange
  4. Submit your request within 48 hours of delivery

We will initiate a reverse pickup from your location (where serviceable).

Note: We accept return requests only once per item. If pickup fails, you must self-ship and share the courier receipt.

When Will You Need to Self-Ship?

If your area is not eligible for reverse pickup, or if the pickup attempt is missed:

  • You will need to courier the product back to our returns center.
  • Take a photo or obtain a receipt — this is required in case the package is lost in transit.
  • We’ll share the return address over email once your request is approved.

Refunds – How & When

Refunds are processed only after the product clears our quality check at the warehouse.

If your request is approved within 48 hours but the product is returned after the timeline, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

Partial Returns & Order-Wide Discounts

If your order had a discount applied (e.g., Buy 2, Get 10% Off) and you return only part of the order:

  • The refund will be recalculated based on the new order value
  • Discounts will be adjusted accordingly in your final refund

Exchange Policy – Valid for 10 Days

Need a different product or size? We’ve got you.

  • You can raise an exchange request within 10 days of delivery
  • Your replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days of receiving the original item
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted

Exchanging with Price Differences

  • Higher value replacement? We’ll send you a credit coupon equal to the returned product’s value. You can use this while placing your new order and pay the balance online.
  • Lower value replacement? We’ll ship the product and issue the balance as Diving Swan credit, valid for 6 months.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products that show physical wear, scratches, or damage
  • Customized or made-to-order pieces
  • Returns initiated after 48 hours of delivery
  • Items labeled non-returnable on the product page
  • Jewellery that has been altered or repaired externally

Why Do We Offer Store Credits?

Store credits allow us to process your requests faster, especially in partial returns or delayed shipments. They can be applied to any future order and remain valid for 6 months from issue.
