How Soon Will My Order Be Shipped?

  • All ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 24–48 working hours.
  • For pre-order or made-to-order items, the timeline may vary and will be mentioned on the product page.
  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Within India

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders — no minimum cart value!
  • Delivery takes 3–5 working days depending on your location.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available for eligible pin codes.
  • You’ll be notified at every step via email or SMS updates.

Safe, Secure & Beautiful Packaging

We put extra care into our packaging to ensure your jewelry reaches you safely. But if your order arrives in a damaged box, or looks tampered with, please:

  • Don’t accept the delivery
  • Take a quick photo of the package
  • Email us at contact@divingswan.com with your Order ID

We’ll immediately arrange a free replacement, no questions asked.

When Will I Need to Self-Ship a Return?

Sometimes, our courier partners may not offer a reverse pickup at your location. In that case:

  • We’ll guide you to self-ship your item to our warehouse
  • You’ll be reimbursed for the shipping charges as per our Returns, Exchange and Refunds policy
