Diving Swan Lifetime Warranty
Every Diving Swan piece is thoughtfully crafted and plated to last. Our Lifetime Warranty is our promise to you — so you can wear your favorite jewelry, every day, without worry.
We offer a Lifetime Warranty on the plating of all our demi-fine jewelry. If you notice tarnishing or fading of plating, we’ve got you covered.
How to Claim Your Warranty
If you need to make a claim, here’s how:
- Take a clear photo of the affected item

Email us at Contact@divingswan.com with:
- Your Order ID
- A photo of the product
- A short description of the issue
- Self-ship the product to our returns address (shared upon email confirmation)
- Once we receive and verify your item, we’ll issue store credit based on the age of the product.
Credit Structure
Time Since Purchase | Store Credit (% of Invoice Value) |
0–6 Months | 50% |
6–12 Months | 25% |
After 12 Months | 15% |
Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed on future purchases.
What Isn’t Covered Under Warranty
While our Lifetime Warranty covers plating concerns, it does not apply to:
- Physical damage caused by force, drops, or snagging
- Discoloration or wear resulting from prolonged exposure to chemicals, sweat, or moisture
- Any jewelry that has been modified or repaired outside of Diving Swan's quality process
- Missing stones, crystals, or embellishments that have detached due to impact or improper storage
- Items marked under limited editions, custom designs, or artisan hand-finished collections
Jewelry Care Tips
Our demi-fine jewelry is made for daily wear, but to keep your pieces shining longer, we suggest:
- Store in a dry pouch or box after use
- Avoid contact with perfume, sweat, or harsh chemicals
- Gently clean with a soft dry cloth
Breakage Support Policy
Even in case of accidental breakage:
- You’re eligible for 15% of the product value as Diving Swan Store Credit for first year.
- This credit is redeemable for 6 months online at www.divingswan.com
